William and Kate were photographed leaving Bunga Bunga in Battersea after attending a birthday party for Louise Aubrey Fletcher. Many of the royal couple's social set were also there, including Kate's close friend Emilia (Jardine-Paterson) d'Erlanger and her husband David.
